SMART Board – Primary Teachers
This course is designed for teachers who want to develop interactive hands-on resources for their K- 3 classroom and are already familiar with the SMART board and SMART Notebook software. The SMART Board – Primary Teachers course is intended for educators who have already taken our SMART board Fundamental course or another in-depth SMART course and are ready to extend SMART board use in the classroom by developing original resources. Please bring existing resources you want to re-purpose for use on the SMART Board. The SMART Board – Primary Teachers focuses on:
- Creating re-usable lessons and activities
- Using virtual manipulatives to support
- Counting blocks
- Money
- Sorting
- Place value
- Literacy development
- Shared reading
- Shared writing
- Vocabulary development
- Fine motor skills development
- Adding images and sound to SMART notebook
Costs
$295 + gst per person + applicable taxes
Discounts for 5 or more attendees. (All major credit cards are accepted)
Courses are limited to 7 people per session.
