SMART Response provides immediate feedback to teachers, during lesson time, about student knowledge, subject retention and understanding. This enables educators to modify their lessons on the fly. The teacher simply asks pertinent questions of the class who then answer (or 'vote') via the student remote handset. The powerful suite of tools enables fast assessment.
SMART Response makes real time interactivity and assessment a breeze. Teachers can display a prepared set of questions on the whiteboard or ask ad hoc questions during the lesson - students key in their answers with their remotes. The Response software tallies and breaks down the results by question and student, enabling teachers to spend time on the important tasks highlighted by the system for more effective teaching

SMART Notebook software used with the SMART Board making it easy to incorporate all the features found in notebook software.
